Financial Literacy for Life

We’re excited to announce that DYRHS will be hosting our annual Credit for Life Fair (CFLF) in collaboration with Cape Cod 5 on Friday, October 17th. This event is for seniors only (Class of 2026).

The Credit for Life Fair (CFLF) is an interactive financial literacy event designed to help seniors prepare for real-world money management.

During the CFLF, seniors will step into the role of young adults with careers, salaries, and budgets. They’ll make choices about housing, transportation, food, credit, and more—learning how to balance wants vs. needs and live within their means.

Senior parent volunteers needed!
Volunteers are essential to making this event a success. No financial background is required—just a willingness to guide students as they make decisions at various budget stations.
