To nominate an individual or team, please fill out the Nomination form.
~~ Public nominations will be accepted for the class of 2027 from June 1, 2026 to September 1, 2026. ~~
Nomination Criteria
Athlete
An Athlete may be eligible for nomination after five years* following graduation from Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School.
Team
A team may be eligible for nomination after five years*.
Coach
A coach may be eligible for nomination after having coached at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School and being retired from coaching for at least three years*.
Sports Contributor
A sports contributor eligible for nomination is an individual or group who has helped to develop and foster growth of athletics in the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School community. Any Dennis-Yarmouth athlete, coach, community member or group who has had a significant impact on the athletic community may also be eligible for nomination.
* Special Nominees
Under unique circumstances, the Hall of Fame Committee has the ability to waive the number of years requirement and or graduation requirement with a 2/3 majority vote of the committee.
Nomination Process
Nominations for consideration into the DYRSD Athletics Hall of Fame may be submitted by committee members and/or by the public. Applications for nominations will be organized, reviewed, and voted on by the DYRSD Athletics Hall of Fame Committee.
The number of inductees for each category per year are as follows:
